The breakfast is good with excellent selections and freshly made lattes and egg dishes as well as a good selection of breads, fruits and jams, etc.. Even though i stayed for 7 nights, there was always some variety served which was nice! The club at the top floor was good and was a great place to have tea time and the food and drinks and wine are included in the price. its right in front of the Tram station that can go in 15 min. to Zurich downtown station. The room size was good and I loved the window seat taht was a great place to read and see the distant views of the alps. The room size was good for a week stay in the executive suite. The service was good! The hotel exchanged some dollars for me to get around too!

The room service was so excellent, I want to thank Florence for being so nice and providing everything I ordered for dinner. Maria also provided excellent service, as she was so kind and gave the delicious food I ordered as well. There is one other person that gave me room service, and I wish I got her name, but she was so prompt and so friendly, as well as providing outstanding service as well. The front desk was so friendly when I asked for directions around the Zurich Hotel, and the waiters who were there when getting early morning breakfast near the lobby were so prompt to providing me extra coffee and any utensils I needed!

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was actually bigger than expected. The view however could have a been slightly better, however I appreciate that the hotel cannot be held responsible for the construction work going on around them at other sites. Facilities were quite clean and tidy, comfortable sleep and overall relaxing atmosphere Breakfast was good as well. Options available for every dietary requirement as far as I saw I would definitely stay there again

The location was good. Near Toni Areal station. There is a nearby supermarket and resturant. The staff at the resturant were very nice, helpful and hard working.

Close to public transport Extremely nice and helpful staff. Silent rooms Very comfortable bed Good breakfast buffet The water in the lobby was a nice touch and very welcome with this hot weather.

The size of the room Reception worker specially Nina the supervisor restaurant worker specially Florence and Jennifer The location and all over super this my second visit to Zurich and the same hotel and I think to come back again next year off-course as well in the Sheraton

The hotel room was well designed, I especially liked the very comfortable queen beds. Although the room was smaller than what we usually book, it worked well for our family of 4. The bathroom is spacious and the shower with its rain-like effect was very enjoyable. The little alcove by the window is a superb idea, we all took turns nesting in there with a book (and tablets :)) All in all, a comfortable, modern layout that serves well the purpose of travellers. Breakfast was just about right, and I was happy with the variety of choices.

Large comfortable room on quiet side of hotel. Opposite side is close to train track and is quite noisy. Excellent buffet breakfast with good choices and a choice of freshly prepared eggs. Very pleasant service both at reception and in the restaurant..
